Bespoke Design Process
Our bespoke commissions are a collaborative journey. Once a design is approved and a deposit is paid, we begin the selection of ethically sourced gemstones and the handcrafting process. Please note that bespoke items are unique and created specifically for you; therefore, they are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Specific timelines for restoration or custom designs are estimates. While we strive for perfection in every necklace and ring, handcrafted artistry takes time. We'll keep you updated throughout the 6-to-8 week lead time typical for unique commissions.
International Shipping & Duties
We ship our coastline-inspired collections globally. For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may be applied by your destination country. Azure Tide Gems is not responsible for these additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
